Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased through this site will be delivered through collect shipping through an agreed upon courier or freight company. Craneium will attempt to ship via your chosen company if it is feasible and reasonable, shipment will not occur until a shipping method has been agreed upon by both parties.

The delivery process will begin as soon as reasonably possible, dependent on delivery method selected, availability of product, and customs processes. Delivery times may vary greatly due to unforeseen circumstances and do not include weekends or holidays in Canada and the United States of America.

You agree to accept the cost of all delivery charges, duties, and taxes in addition to the cost of the product. Craneium is not responsible for the payment or arrangement of duties, taxes, or customs documents and is not liable for any failure by you to pay or arrange them.

You agree that you will provide Craneium with the proper delivery information in a complete and accurate manner, such as delivery address, name of recipient, etc. Craneium is released of all liability if products are delivered to the incorrect person or address as a result of being provided with incorrect delivery information by you.

Refunds and Returns

Refund requests must be made by email to Craneium. You may call to notify that you wish to receive a refund; but please include a written request as well. Refund requests will be accepted if the manufacturer or Craneium deem it an appropriate action for the product. If a product has been deemed refundable, arrange return methods via email with a Craneium contact.
